Nice run in sunny, cool weather. Very little wind out so made for a good feeling run. Knee was uncomfortable for about the first mile, but once all was warmed up and moving, things felt great.
13:40 for 2 of my park miles. Felt very little effort towards that end. Wasn't pushing the pace at all.
