
Stretching and exercises after, and the recommendation that this week to run only 2-3 times, but after, the running can resume.
Hope? You better believe it. I see a light at the end of this tunnel of Achilles pain... I feel pretty certain, after today's visit, that it's not a train....
all i thought was thank GOD he didnt take one look at your foot/calf/achilles region and say 'son, you're done'.
