What I like to call a reverse duathalon. :-)
I wanted to take off with the group for the Saturday run, even though I knew everyone was doing a longer run, was just nice to actually get out the door with the group. First 2 miles were uncomfortable to some degree. At the first water stop, I let the 3-hour group go back by me, stayed and stretched, then ran about a mile and a half with Jace, before turning around and wrapping up the run and jumping back on the bike.
Weather was awesome.
Overall, a great workout today.
