Nothing too heavy today. Just easy bike over to the park, a loop run, and easy bike back. I hoped to make it back in time to get core work in with Kenyan Way group, but I missed it...will have to do that this afternoon.
Achilles was not all that comfortable today. We'll see how it feels for 30 more minutes this afternoon. This will be my only 2-a-day running-wise....30 minutes and 30 minutes.
I'm definitely outta shape. UGH! Gonna be a long road back, but the sooner I start on it....
