15 minute bike (3.5 miles)
Nothing too heavy today. Just easy bike over to the park, a loop run, and easy bike back. I hoped to make it back in time to get core work in with Kenyan Way group, but I missed it...will have to do that this afternoon.Achilles was not all that comfortable today. We'll see how it feels for 30 more minutes this afternoon. This will be my only 2-a-day running-wise....30 minutes and 30 minutes.
I'm definitely outta shape. UGH! Gonna be a long road back, but the sooner I start on it....
