I only ran a little because I spent a good amount of time in the gym today. I didn't do anything with heavy weights... just stuff I could do high reps with. After that, I stepped out and ran a little...a little discomfort to begin with, but nothing too bad. I stopped more cause it was 100 degrees, 3PM and I had already done some leg work.
