1:16:10 Total Run Time
Didn't wear a Garmin, so I don't really know how far I went.
I ran from the Heights, down Studemont/Montrose to the Bayou, full loop of the Bayou, then back down Montrose/Studemont. All in all a good run. Again, my Achilles were seriously getting to me with about 3 miles left in the run. I struggled late in the run, but stuck it out. Overall, I liked the route though. Not all of it was the best paved area, but I liked it and will likely do this route again.
After stretching, applied some Tiger Balm, so I'm hoping this will help make a difference.
