15.5 Miles for the day

Got out and just took it easy to the park, around the wooded area near Crestwood and back. Followed that up with some core and upperbody work, squats, jump rope and calf work. If I'm going to get better as a runner, the muscles surrounding and supporting my hamstrings and my Achilles need to get stronger. So, that was one day of doing things right. Let's see if I can make this a habit.
