Run through the Heights. I realized about half way through that I was definitely putting too much effort forth, so I backed off and focused on just getting miles and not worry about pacing. Felt good.
My left calf was tight from start to finish, getting a little less tight as the run went on, but still noticeable. Will monitor that.
