Today marks 28 straight days of running. I think I remember seeing a movie w/Sandra Bullock about trying to break a drug habit called 28 Days. Hmm...I think I like this 28-day "milestone" better.
So, going back to, according to my Garmin, the start of that time, March 26th (I'm 99.99% certain I ran sans Garmin on the 25th, which would make the start of this the 23rd, making this the 31st day, but that's okay), here is how much I've done:
It starts w/a Friday and Saturday, so those two day of that week start it:
3/26-3/27 - 9.5
3/28-4/3 - 94
4/4-4/10 - 61 (week of Angie's Half Crazy Half Marathon)
4/11-4/17 - 94
4/18-today - 68
Bringing the 4-week total to 326.5 Miles. I like it. :-) (If it was what I alluded to earlier, and 31 days, with what I believe is the total, those 3 extra days only add on 24 more miles, making it 350 miles in 31 days...I like the 326.5 in 28 better...better average.)
Next goal... a 4-week total that adds up to more than 440 miles.
