Felt good to get out for this run. It came in the middle of a long, busy day, but no tiredness on the legs. Lots of good indicators, as my legs felt rested for the reduced mileage the last few days, in prep for racing a Half on Sunday. I consciously had to back it down on the 2nd half of the run. Didn't want to sap energy from the legs the day before a race. Overall, good run.
One concern was some Achilles discomfort at the end of the run. Nothing too major. Some good stretching after and relaxation.
