I knew right from the start of this run that my legs were feeling good. I felt good in the morning, and was glad to get another easy run in before the workout tomorrow. I actually had to kinda hold myself back some as I found I was just running way too fast mid-run. I backed it off and cruised on the rest of the way. Covered over 16 miles today in just over 1:50 minutes. A good day of running, and gives me some good feelings about what is coming, as long as I continue to try taking care of my body...stretching, upper body work, etc. Getting mind set for a 2nd workout this week. Off of to sleep now.
