Easy run this morning to loosen the legs. Was good that I had no run in the evening, just the hard effort from the morning to recover from. Legs felt pretty heavy, as they would be expected to feel. Both Achilles were a little on the fatigued side, a little more so than any other parts of my legs... but that lasted for about the first half of the run. Came up again about a mile from finishing. I'll be sure to keep those stretched and monitored over the weekend.
8 this evening and 20-21 tomorrow morning.
