I really was only planning on no more than 10-11 miles on any day this week, but my legs felt the best they'd felt since the weekend, so I thought I'd get out for another run this afternoon. Just a run to the park for a loop and back. Chatted with Coach briefly about some training thoughts, and what I needed to be doing.
Now I'll be looking forward to essentially a weekly 20-mile run, and adding aqua-jogging to the training plan. All in the name of fitness, improvement and kick-@$$-ery. :-)
