Well, because I just don't know when to stop, and because I just needed to for my brain, I got out for an easy, easy run. Felt really, really good too. I know that going too far on the day after a workout can be dangerous, but right now, it's feeling like the right thing to have done. I got some good stretching in after my shower, got the calves, quads, hammies, back and glutes all stretched and feeling no worse for wear. Now ready to relax and try to enjoy the evening and put any negative thoughts behind me for the night.
AND, I posted my first full 100 mile week...Sunday to Saturday. Feeling great about it too.
