56 Miles for the Week
Boy, 2nd day in a row my legs felt more inclined to NOT run than to run, but I'm glad I got out. Sluggish through first 2 miles, almost 16 minutes. Legs really loosened up, and I probably ran faster than I should have over the 2nd half of the run, but it seemed to take little effort to carry the pace I was running. I keep find that I'm neglecting stretching the last 3 or 4 days...not a good pattern. Especially with a 2nd run today, then a workout in the morning, leaving out proper stretching is just not an option to remaining healthy. Looking forward to easy miles this evening.
